On Sunday 22nd April from 2pm, Catherine Ross will be the special guest of Elspeth Jackman on Verulam Voices on local station Radio Verulam. Catherine is the Chair of Sustainable St Albans Week and will be talking about this year’s event, running from 21st – 29th April 2018.
As part of the preparation for the programme, guests are invited to bring to the show 12 songs that mean something to them. We put out a call via social media to all our supporters and volunteers, creating this sustainability-themed playlist:
- Big Yellow Taxi – Joni Mitchell
- Mercy Mercy Me – Marvin Gaye
- Wake up America – Miley Cyrus
- Plastic Bag Song – Nick Cope
- We are the Battery Human – Stornaway
- Tom Lehrer – Pollution
- Harvest For The World – Isley Brothers

- Where Do The Children Play – Cat Stevens
- Fall on Me – REM
