Have you discovered the SustFest23 event listings yet? It’s that time of year again, for St Albans’ much loved, much replicated, but never improved SUSTAINABILITY FESTIVAL and with over 50 events and activities taking place over the festival period there really is something for everyone.
- Pick up some new to you clothes at a clothes swap or pre-loved fashion event
- Learn about saving energy and keeping your home warm
- Look at peregrines, bugs and birds at one of the bug hunts or nature sessions with local experts.
- Go green! Visit an allotment, open garden or community garden to get inspired to grow your own
- Book a slot at a Repair Fair to get an item fixed instead of throwing it away
- Learn more about the climate crisis, its effect on you and the people you love and get empowered to take action
Whatever you do, remember to tell your friends and family, or even better, take them with you!
