Sustainable St Albans (SSA) and St Albans City and District Council (SADC) are working together to accelerate progress towards achieving net zero carbon emissions by the residents and organisations of our district, as set out in SADC’s Climate Crisis Strategy and Action Plan

Sustainable St Albans is advertising a contract to engage residents, faith and community groups – the area in which we have tried-and-tested expertise. The project seeks to engage residents and groups in climate action related activities across the whole district: St Albans, Harpenden, and the villages.

If you know any organisations or individuals who may be interested in fulfilling this contract, please share this page with them.

How to Apply

Applications will be in the form of a statement outlining previous contracts and experience, providing details of how the organisation is well placed to fulfil the project. We welcome applications from individuals with the appropriate experience who have not previously worked as a contractor: if successful, we can direct those individuals to advice on how to work in this way.
