Active Hope is a way to build our resilience, courage and creativity for a sustainable planet and a just world. In this guided session, you’ll have a chance to share your feelings, concerns and hopes with each other in the natural setting of Clarence Park’s Sensory Garden.

The practices we’ll use can be integrated into daily life to support wellbeing and resourcefulness in making the best contribution we can to a better world.

Facilitated by Alison Maitland, coach and Active Hope facilitator, and Helen Burridge, trustee of Sustainable St Albans.

This event will be held outside and so bring water bottles, sun cream and wear sun hats if warm. Wear warm clothes if it is cold. Please do not attend if you feel unwell.
