Following the success of our previous SustFest collaboration, we are delighted to be joined by Danielle from The Cobbled Kitchen, a local cookery school devoted to sustainable and healthy eating, who will be here to answer your culinary questions – what to do with a glut of courgettes, how to prevent waste and keep food fresher for longer, or how to be creative with leftovers and save you time and money!
