Farm to Fork Dining Experience

A Summer evening of fine dining whilst learning about the history and future of sustainable food, from our in-house experts.
Enjoy a menu full of creative dishes, seasonal food, and carefully selected wine pairings, alongside talks from our head chef Jez and members of our campus science community. Learn about the sustainable practice and farming techniques we are developing on site, at the very cutting edge of science. Set in the beautiful Grade I listed Manor House, the ancestral home of Sir John Lawes, one of the founding fathers of agricultural science at Rothamsted Research.

Please note, you will be seated banqueting style at round tables of ten, perfect for larger groups or meeting new friends.
Gates open at 6.30pm and you will be seated for dinner at 7.30pm. The bar will be open from 6.30pm to 11.30pm. Carriages at midnight.
