Once submitted and approved, we will email you a confirmation within 3-5 days (if you do not hear from us after 5 days, please let us know via the email address below). Then, we will advertise your event on our Events page and social media channels.
Please note:
- Health and Safety and Safeguarding: Sustainable St Albans can accept no responsibility or liability for your events, and we ask you to consider carefully any Health and Safety and/or safeguarding issues.
- PHOTO: FOR PUBLIC EVENTS ONLY – We need a high-resolution photo (16:9 aspect ratio please) that illustrates your event for the Events listing. You must have permission and copyright to use the photo, and provide a credit line to go under the photo. Copyright-free photos can be sourced from websites such as unsplash.com but you must make sure to include the photo credit when you submit your event.
- Make sure you add your contact details into the ‘Organiser’ section of the form. Events without an organiser email address and phone contact details will not be listed. Once you are added as an organiser you can add multiple events without having to enter your details again!

Our Harpenden Sustainability Markets take place on the Sundays of the SustFest Seasons Weekends. See stallholder information for further details on how to apply for a pitch on 21st September or 16th November.

SustFest is our annual sustainability festival and after 10 successful years we are currently planning our format for 2026.
We need more volunteers for a ‘new look’ events team that can work with community groups to support a variety of events.
As the world and our focus constantly change we need a team that will best support positive community action.
